KALCIFIT
organo-mineral calcium fertilizer with biostimulant

Discover a new fertilizer that changes the rules of the game in plant care! A combination of highly absorbable calcium in EDTA chelate with the natural power of an aloe vera-based stimulant. This duo ensures maximum effect for healthy growth and resistance in plants.
What is KALCIFIT?
KALCIFIT is a brand new and unique water-soluble powder fertilizer with a high content of rapidly available calcium (Ca-EDTA). It is also enriched with a natural aloe vera-based stimulant, which provides the fertilizer with a range of natural substances, including growth hormones.
For which crops is KALCIFIT intended?
KALCIFIT is especially beneficial for crops with high calcium requirements (so-called calcifites), which include mainly grapevines, fruit trees, fruit and leafy vegetables, and small fruit species. Thanks to its unique formulation, calcium is perfectly absorbed by plants, quickly travels to all parts of the plant, and strengthens plants from the roots/leaf area to the fruit. However, all plants that are exposed to prolonged intense drought during vegetation will ultimately appreciate the immediately available calcium. During such periods, the uptake of this important element from the soil is significantly limited, so it is necessary to supply it repeatedly by spraying the plants.
How specifically will KALCIFIT help your plants?
Thanks to its chelated form, KALCIFIT can quickly provide your plants with the necessary dose of calcium. This element creates calcium bridges in plants, which strengthen cell walls (thicker leaves, firmer skins), increase plant resistance, and extend the shelf life of fruits after harvest. As a result, your plants will be much better able to cope with extreme temperatures, wind, drought, and frost. Sufficient calcium prevents the occurrence of well-known and frequently occurring physiological disorders such as:
- fruit tip necrosis (brown soft spots at the end of the fruit)
- marginal necrosis of the upper parts of leaves (common in lettuce or Chinese cabbage)
- chlorosis due to calcium deficiency and later dieback of grape clusters in grapevines (brown-purple to black spots, wilting and drying of entire clusters)
- bitter spot (freckling, mainly affecting large-fruited apple varieties)
- scab
- fruit cracking
- chlorotic speckles on young leaves
- flower drop
- stem breakage

What are the advantages of KALCIFIT over other calcium fertilizers?
- UP TO 80% MORE EFFECTIVE Chelated calcium EDTA is absorbed by plants much faster and more efficiently than conventional forms of calcium (e.g., carbonate or nitrate).
MAXIMUM UTILIZATION Traditional calcium fertilizers often react with soil components and can become poorly available. The chelated form is absorbed with almost no loss.
MORE THAN JUST CALCIUM The fertilizer also contains magnesium, nitrogen, and organic carbon for comprehensive nutrition.
LOWER NITROGEN CONTENT Too much nitrogen in combination with calcium has a counterproductive effect on plants. Calcium strengthens plant tissue, while nitrogen makes it "softer" and more susceptible to damage. That is why we have created a fertilizer where calcium predominates and nitrogen is just right.
SYNERGY OF NUTRIENTS AND NATURAL STIMULANTS Aloe vera contains natural hormones that promote plant growth, regeneration, and resistance (auxins, gibberellins, acenaman).
STRONGER PLANT RESISTANCE Thanks to its polysaccharide content (especially acemannan), plants have a better immune response to pests and diseases.
SUSTAINABLE PRODUCT KALCIFIT stands out because its label does not contain any hazard warning symbols (it is not classified as a hazardous substance), it is produced without unnecessary water consumption and with regard to sustainable cultivation.
- UNRIVALLED DOSAGE Thanks to its high efficiency, it is sufficient to use it as a spray in a dosage of only 0.5-1 kg/ha (10 g per 10 l of water) or as a watering solution of 10-20 g/10 l.
Testing of KALCIFIT fertilizer at the Šlichta Winery:
- 2 applications (after 5 days) at a dose of 1 kg per 1 ha
- highly calcareous subsoil
- Pálava variety

Which plants benefit most from KALCIFIT?
- grapevines
- fruit trees and shrubs
- tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, zucchini, pumpkins, melons
- cereals
- young trees/nurseries
- lettuce, cabbage, cauliflower
- ornamental plants
How and in what quantities is KALCIFIT used?
- Spray on plants (0.05-0.1% solution)
- Watering (5-20 g per 10 l of water)
- Hydroponics (0.5-1 g per 10 l of water)
